macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Since there is no way to contact HP directly on a non-product type question, I'll post it for the community. 

 

In January & February I sent via the prepaid return label three (3) toner cartridges for recycling. These were sent separately over a period of two weeks, the last in early February. ALL THREE are "lost" by UPS in transit. Is the prepaid label valid? It clearly isn't working. Label has Gloucester, VA on it. UPS claims they have no idea where the packages are.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information such as serial numbers and case details.
