Is it possible to turn off calibration for CM1312 MFP?

 

Also, I suspect it uses toner to calibrate, is this correct?

No.

No.  Calibrations as a result of the auotmatic maintenance proceedures should not consume more toner.  If they do consume any toner it should be a negligable amount.  Manual calibrations that require you to print off a report or a test sheet obviously would.
