Product: HP Laserjet 5100 PS
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

I have an HP Laserjet 5100 and would like to delete or modify a printing shortcut but deleting a short cut does not seem to be available and it won't let me save changes using the same name.

Any suggestions?

HP Recommended

Uninstall and reinstall the printing software.  That will set you back to the defaults and then you can create your new printing shortcut.
