Unable to print pdf files from iPhone and iPad. I am able to print everything else. Checked printer alignment/ink and those are good to go. Have not had this problem before. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Reboot all devices.
If the problem persists then perhaps something in the printer is corrupted. You could try restoring the defaults on the printer in hopes of cleaning up the memory.
After that you would need to experiment with different printer drivers. This may not be easy to do if you are sending jobs to the printer via ePrint or another cloud printing solution.
