Product HP CM14515 color printer. I get vertical lines on my copy when I use the scanner. The flat bed does not have any lines. How do I clean the scanner?

Look into the pictures which i post.

Lift the ADF plate and check the two area which circled in red color where should be kept cleaned if there's not clean it use alcohol if needed.

Do you get lines from both scanning through the ADF and from the glass? If so then likely there is an issue with the scanner itself and not dirt on the lens. It is a pain but I would perform a factory reset on the unit to see if that helps.

When I go to print wireless or blue tooth to my printer, some of the lines show but no numbers. This also has happened on other printers I own. Can this be corrected?
