I've done some additional research and found that there is a different alternate DNS address for Laserjets. Please try this instead:
Preferred DNS Address: 209.244.0.3
Alternate DNS Address:209.244.0.4
And, you may be able to disable to IPv6 from the front panel of the printer, try this: Go to Setup, Network Setup, Network Services, IPv6 and turn it off
If that is not an option available from the front panel, go back to the Embedded Web Server and click the Networking tab. Click on the Advanced option in the left side menu, uncheck the box for IPv6 an select Apply the settings.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue. Thanks.

Hey @doaiah, welcome to the HP Forums!
I'm not sure I understand why you are trying to configure your router and IPv6 settings. I can see by your screenshot of the Embedded Web Server that you have there printer on the network, and I understand you can not enable the Web Services. Please use the Embedded Web Server to modify your DNS details. Select Manual DNS and enter 8.8.8.8 for the first DNS and 8.8.4.4 for the second DNS. This is Google DNS. You can choose another external DNS if you wish.
Please let me know if changing the DNS details resolves the issue by clicking the Accept as Solution button below. If the issue persists, let me know and I will do all I can to help. Thanks.

Hey @doaiah, did you change the DNS as instructed? Modifying the DNS may resolve the issue and enable you to use the HPConnect and google cloud print.
If you've tried that and the issue persists, let me know and I will see what else you could try.
Thanks.
