Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M377dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm receiving a white screen on the touch pad of my Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M377dw. 

 

The problem started occurring as I was installing the driver software on a new laptop. I've tried resetting by removing the power cable, but the same thing now happens every time I turn the printer on and I can't get the printer to respond in any way. 

 

Any help would be great.

May just be coincidence. Does the printer still respond and work? If yes then likely the screen is bad. If you get no response at all it might be firmware corruption. If you plug in a usb cable does the printer install?
