Product: HP Office 3931
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I try to print in colour and select  colour on the print screen, (its default is colour) and still comes out B&W the settings keep reverting back to Monocrome. Theres new ink cartridges in both Black & Colour.
