HI. i cant connect to the HP print service from the printer. The printer tells that the servise is OFF. Therfore i cant print from my mobile phone. a week ago it works perfect but now, its not working anymore

Good day. A warm welcome to the Hp community. I have reviewed the case and understand that it is your first visit here. You are a valued HP customer and it is paramount to assist you here. Excellent description and great presentation of the issue. Kudos to you for that.
- How are you paring the Android phone with the printer?
- Are you using Hp smart App?
- Are you using wifi direct to connect to the printer?
- Or are you connecting the phone to the printer via a router?
- Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling HP Smart App and check again?
- Is it an Android smartphone or an iPhone?
For now, try these steps:
- First, uninstall HP smart app if has been installed.
- Install all the latest OS updates on the phone.
- Perform all the relevant steps based on your operating system from this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-4630-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5305049/model/530... (HP Printers - Using the HP Smart App (Android, Apple iOS) it gives you step by step instructions to download, install and use the HP Smart App and connect to the printer.
- This should fix the issue for you. It has very useful FAQs also.
