color laserjet 2600n no color on demo page or other

color laserjet 2600n suddenly stopped printing any color.   Black prints fine.    

Won't even print color for demo page.  

Won't print color for any programs, although it worked fine last week.   No changes to drivers / computer / OS

You can print a demo page from the computer and you can print a demo page from the printer control panel. Did you print the demo page from the printer control panel and if not try and let us know if color or black and white.

No error message but the print quaility is poor it has a blue/green line on the entire page

You have a bad cyan cartridge needed to be replaced.

When you open the front door the big black film like thing is iTB it should be all black if you see any color on its surface then you have a bad cartridge of that color.
