Hey @ardi1,

Welcome to the HP Support Forums!

I understand that you are having some issues with your Laserjet M277dw Printer and your router dropping communication. I can help you with that.

To start, make sure the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a surge protector. Once done, this document outlines how to troubleshoot connectivity issues with your printer. The document is intended for a different printer, but the troubleshooting steps would be the same.

Please let me know the results after following the above. If you are able to resolve the issue, please click on Accept Solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs up icon. Both icons are below this post.

Dear DocCottle

thank you very much for your replay and your proposed solution procedure. Unfortunaltely I do not use Wireless printing. My iMacs and Mac book pros are all connected over a LAN connection. Wireless I use only with my company lapt top on Windows 7. This works fine.

Do you have any troubleshooting procedure for LAN connected devices?

Kind regards

Dear DocCottle

I've performed the procedure. Now it works fine since some days. I'll wait some one or two weeks to finally confirm and close down the issue.

In the meantime - many thanks for your support.

Kind regards

ardi1
