we have logged a complaint on 1st april for the printer HP P1108 Plus LJ Pro 53P41A s/n : >Do not include the product serial number or any private information< purchased with our vendor on 9th march 2026. case id is >removed< but till now there is no person visit or any call received in response of this complaint. issue was paper jam in the printer. after purchasing we have billed the printer to our customer Citi Hospital after 15 days only they have got this issue continuosly
