Product: hp laser jet pro MFP M477fnw
Operating System: Chrome OS

We have had this printer for less than a year, while trying to print from our receptionist computer - it just wont print.  When trying to print from my laptop (HP Chromebook) I often get a notice that the file is corrupt and will not print.  However, I am able to print from my Chromebook once in a while - so I am very unsure why some files wont print due to being 'corrupt'

First, make sure that your firmware is up to date. This solves most printing related problems, along with updated drivers if there are any.
