it's not false paper jam most of the time the pick-up roller is the problem which needed to be cleaned or replaced.
If you print one page a time it should always OK, but printing more than 1 the first one will print fine but the 2nd will stop at the paper entrance. It means the 2nd was sent not far enough to get to the sensor so it claims paper jam.
Clean first or replace the paper input roller all will be done.
Another way to cure is to cut down the speed of paper input by changing plain paper to heavy.
By doing that the machine will slow down its speed and most of the time it will not jam again.
Key-in the IP address from your browser and from the System -> Paper Type -> Plain - Normal -> Heavy -> Apply
Then will you print with plain paper the printer will run it as heavy paper so it will slow down its speed.
Here is the example below. What my printer is HP CM1415fnw but what the settings should be the same.
