hp color laserjet m452dn
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

HP Color Laserjet M452dn only prints in greyscale/black and white.

It will print in colour navigating to the test page on the printer.

In Printing Preferences there is no greyscale option to de-select.

In the Paper/Quality Tab, there is no 'Advanced' to click on.

Logging into the printers IP address, I am unable to locate an option with regards to colour printing.

Printer is brand new and it's firmware is up to date.

Any help appreciated.

Try a different Driver, the HP UPD PCL 5 would be my starting point.
