Hello Alex-TATS,

 

Thank you for your help.  I was not too sure your idea about the spring contact being the fault here because I was getting information reguarding cartridge toner capacity and the chances that all four toner cartridges would have contact issues would be slim.

 

However, I follow all reasonable leads to resolve problems and your suggestion is entirely reasonable.  I physicaly and visually checked all the spring contacts behind the cartridges.  The all had good rebound characteristics and I could see they appear to be seating properly.

 

Still not print output in any color.

The picture was not appearing yesterday, but today it now shows up.  There must have been some delay.  Like to hear if there is anything there to help my situation.

Also, don't forget to do three full calibrations in a row after each time you replace the HVPS.
