Can earler drivers be used with windows 10 for HP1600 Laserjet

You can certainly try. I have seen other posts of people stating they were using older drivers. But if you search Windows update when installing there likely is a driver already.

My HP1600 is actually working fine.  Some one else asked me about it.  Their HP1600 was working with their Win 10 Desktop and Laptop, then stopped.  I'm not sure what driver I'm actually using.  I Tried a BelArc analysis of my system without getting anything useful  I just advised the other person to try a Win 8 driver, as he has nothing to lose.  I don't want to try to fix something that's not broken on my system.  He said he would give it a go and report back.
