I've to uninstall these ?

Thank you for your reply! If everything is working now, printing, scanning etc. I would not uninstall.

 

If you are getting the error that you mentioned, and it is not working, please follow the steps I previously mentioned.

Hi

only works as a printer , scanner and all the rest (software imaging ecc.) are missing .

therefore , I must also uninstall the HP drivers Win8 before ?

I performed the entire procedure ,

I'm sorry , but the errors continues to occur ,

PC boot and application startup ,

with only this change :

from c:\users\alberto\appdata\local\temp\7zs11dc\hpslpsvc64.dll

to      c:\users\alberto\appdata\local\temp\7zs32d3\hpslpsvc64.dll

I added the authorization privileges to the folder 7zs32d3

Why in the name of all that is holy can HP not fix this kind of error short of a complete uninstall and reinstall that takes hours. I am now on my fourth try.
