Thank you for posting, however you need to include more details to make it possible for someone to provide guidance.

Be sure to include model of printer, operating system of computer, any error messages appearing on the screen including numeric or text errors. Also include anything that may happened just before the error started such as paper jams or power failures. If you can include a sample that would help as well.
