Its Full Feature Software can be found below, HP Easy Start or 123.hp.com are intended for home products and not for such Enterprise class devices.:
From the Control Panel > Devices and Printers, be sure to remove any instance of the printer prior to installing its software.

You can try locating the file by going to support.HP.com. Or if you are connecting the printer via network connection download the Universal Print Driver and manually install.
