Ive donloaded the hp print for chrome extension, and when i go to print (with the usb connected) it give me this error message :
Printer software problem
The printer software does not support the selected printer. Check for updates at your device's app market or contact the printer manufacturer.
Any suggestions? Feeling so frustrated and computer illiterate right now.
