Product: hp laserJet Pro
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
the printer name is HP LaserJet Pro 400 MFP M425dn. it was working all along with the same connections and set up but today it does not want to print out any document

1) first test a self test page using printer ( for confirm printer working condition)
2) Test with another computer if available ( to isolate the problem)
3) Please check for corrupted spooled jobs , Can see corrupted files in this path "C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS" , if yes, have to delete those files after stopping printer spooler service.
