For now try, these steps:
- Please perform a hard reset on the printer from this link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-laserjet-pro-m102-printer-series/9365392/document/c01824353 and follow instructions from the section “Step 2: Reset the printer”
- Then update the printer’s firmware by following instructions from this link: https://support.hp.com/bg-en/document/c02919168
- Use a USB cable to update the printer’s firmware connecting it to a computer.
Then from this link:https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-laserjet-pro-m102-printer-series/9365392/document/c05286891 (HP LaserJet Pro, Ultra Printers - 'Out of Paper' Displays, Printer Does Not Pick Paper ) perform all the prescribed steps and check if the issue gets resolved.
If the issue continues, then the printer's hardware is faulty and it needs to be replaced. I am being honest about it here by keeping your best interest in mind without beating around the bush.
