I am trying to scan to network folder but am having issues creating the folder. I keep getting the "INVALID FOLDER SHARE CREDENTIALS" error.  The setup is asking for my windows domain.  But I am not part of a domain just a workgroup so I put "WORKGROUP", and then the user name and password is what I sign on to my computer with. I don't understand why I keep getting this error. Can anyone help?

You likely have selected a network folder area that does not have permissions to share with other devices.  Review the area you wish to scan to on your computer and make sure that network sharing is enabled.  Test writing to this area with another machine on your network.  If you can write to this folder from a 2nd machien then go back to the printer and try again.
