Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

When I click Print, my printer starts up and sounds like rollers are spinning, for 5 seconds, then stops, then begins spinning for 5 seconds, then stops.  This goes on until I cancel the print job.

If you let CP2025 print without doing  any interruption for a long long time then it will end up showing 59.C0 Service Error.

It's a so called Sticky Solenoids problem.

If you like you can fix it yourself and the good news is once you've done it well it'll never happen again.

I can confirm after cleaning the solenoid it did not work until I placed a piece of tape where the foam use to be.

To verify that the solenoid was the problem I simply placed a piece of thin cardboard between the arm and the body of the solenoid and the printer functioned flawless.

My printer’s symptom was the pickup rollers in both trays were not moving at all.
