How do I clear a jam in the rear of the printer? When I opened the back door, I could see the paper. I gently pulled the whole paper straight out but it tore completely and there is nothing more to pull. There was no give on the rollers what so ever!

I'm wondering if there is some kind of releast. The rollers are so tight it seems like they are loocked.

The printer error says "Jam in the cartridge area, open door and clear jam".  Any ideas? I'm at work!!!!

OMG, It looks like I have to take the fuser out just to get at the paper? I don't have time for this. I think I'll throw the thing in the dumpster. Won't be buying HP's for the office anymore I guess. Thanks.
