Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am able to scan to computer using the glass but not my document feeder????what nis the trouble is this a faulty printer???I works with the document feeder when I use the hp smart app on my pc!!!???Seems like printer is fine what could be the trouble I wonder???

what could the setting issue be, since the document feeder is working with the hp smart app. I have looked all over the touch screen menu and can find nothing!

Are you able to make a copy using the document feeder? If so then likely you have a setting issue rather than a hardware problem.

Not with the touch screen but yes I can do f I use the hp smart app
