Hi,

Are both the printer and your iPad connected to your wireless network? if not it must be connected to the same network to print.

 

You may print using Apple AirPrint, HP ePrint Enterprise is not intended for your printer and should be uninstalled.

 

Printing with Apple AirPrint can be done as follow:

You may also try the HP Smart app:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03561640
