xerox c405
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

We have a Xerox C405 in the farm office. We'd sort of got it working although struggling with some aspects. But we COULD print.....until Monday afternoon when suddenly we couldn't print anything. We've reinstalled the disk and can now print PDF's but can't print emails. Message comes up that it can't print memo style. Any help ?
