Product: G7500
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

We have 20+ G7500 with TC8 and AVer PTZ310UV2. Some of them have control on the TC8 and some of them don't. They all have the newest Microsoft teams and Poly firmware. The AVer also has the newest firmware but the only thing we have not updated it the SRT USB extenders over Cat-X cable.  Has anyone seen or fixed this problem

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the exact HP Poly Software or the Partner application software version you use.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.
