Hello Dear Community,
I bought 2 Polycom Group 500 which are at the end of their life. I also paid for the Multipoint license and the Teams license to be able to make videoconference calls.
The problem I have is that I can't activate the code. Could someone guide me?

welcome to the HP Poly community.
Who did you pay for the Multipoint license and also for a Teams license?
As you already know the GroupSeries is end of life and end of support. The only HP Poly solution you can use is RealConnect for Teams.
Please work with an HP Poly reseller in your region and/or contact our support team in your region so they can understand what you have purchased and how they can help you.
