Hello,
I have a newbie question regarding a new X30 install at my site. If a User had the X30 in Device Mode, and then finished the meeting and left the room without exiting Device Mode. Can I remote into the unit and exit Device Mode so that an H.323 Vidcon can take place? Currently, while the unit is in Device Mode, any incoming Vidcon will not connect until Device Mode is exited. Rather than have to go to the room itself and Exit it, I am hoping to be able to remote into it and somehow choose Exit Device Mode....Thanks for any advice you can offer on this.

Hello @KK_Sky ,
Welcome back to the Poly Community.
Both the communities Must Read First and the FAQ reference the basic minimum information a new or follow-up post should contain.
This ensures the questions having to be asked are limited and any new or follow-up post contains the right amount of details to ensure any voluntary participant within the community does not spend additional time chasing basic information.
I would suggest you try the REST API as explained >here<
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
