Hello Community,
Customer has a Poly HDCI and USB camera connected to the G7500. I upgraded the firmware to v4.1 to access Teams Mode with a TC10 controller. I have lost the ability to select the camera I want to control. The camera video feed does switch but the controls do not. Sometimes it gets stuck linked to the HDCI camera or the USB.
Temp solution I disconnected the USB camera (audience camera) and told the customer I would follow up.
Poly support via phone told me it was a known concern and Microsoft and Poly were working on it. The support person didn't seem confident in his answers so I am seeking additional input from anyone.

Hello @Nadz79 ,
welcome to the HP Poly community.
From our 4.1 Release notes:
- Microsoft Released a new feature with Microsoft APK Update 2 that allows multiple cameras to be used with MTR Android systems. This feature allows a USB connected external camera to be used as the primary camera when switched from the in-call UI. This feature is not supported by Poly in this release. Poly is working to support this feature in future releases.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier

Thank you for the reply. This is the feedback I was looking for to help support my conversations with the customer. With so much changing between manufactures its hard sometimes to keep up. Since it worked in Poly Mode and Device Mode customer and I thought it should just work in Teams Mode but I know Teams only allowed one camera connection in the past so that was my excuse to why it wasn't working while I was onsite, but I needed to follow up and find more info.
