I HAVE A Codec AV Bar Controllers TC8.

I CONFIGURED ALL PROPERLY BUT Codec AV Bar Controllers TC8 IS SAYING APP INSTALLTION FAILED.

 

I CHECKED "CHECK FOR UPDATE". IT'S ALL UP TO DATE.

 

CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME?

Welcome to the HP community.

 

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the software version you currently use for the HP Poly product or the partner application version you use. For example Microsoft Teams, Zoom Rooms, Poly SIP/H.323 mode etc.

 

This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.

 

Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

 

In the FAQ or the Read 1st section, we remind users why this is important.

 

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

I get this error on TC8 while installing Zoom in Zoom room mode. On G7500 and on cameras everything is OK and I can organize the Zoom meetings withweb browser.

Also what Software Version is on the TC device ?

AsI allready mention: software version on TC8 is latest: 6.4.2-7000764
They are successfully connected to Studio X70:

Hello @sJoca ,

 

I'm sorry, but as you missed any detail, just like the original poster, I asked for the SW. You did provide the TC version but not the Studio or G7500 version.

 

Please ensure you always post both versions when starting a post and requesting help from volunteers.

 

Your issue seems different as the original poster seems to have trouble installing another App.

 

Your issue is installing Zoom Rooms on the device.

 

I would suggest you factory default the TC8 via the PIN hole method as it could have gotten into a state when switching providers/modes.

 

If this fails, as already suggested, I suggest you contact our official Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

 

The community is a Peer to Peer community and not connected to Support.
