The G62 Command Line API document is very clear that the APIs "work in Poly Video mode and have limited support in partner provider modes." But is there any documentation about which commands DO work in Partner Provider Mode? For example, with two (2) E60 cameras connected to a G62 in Teams Mode, can I use the API commands to tell the G62 to switch between the cameras?

Hello @AndyG98 ,

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

I am pretty sure there is no "official" API to switch between cameras when Microsoft Teams is running.

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Thanks for the reply and I did make contact with official Poly support and I'm awaiting a response about the API commands.

In the meantime, perhaps the question I should be asking is: Can Teams natively control (and choose between) two E60 cameras when the G62 is in Teams mode?

Hello @AndyG98 ,

Welcome back to the HP Poly community.

From the Microsoft Page

Resolved issues:

  • When a secondary external camera is attached, users are unable to switch the room camera in meetings.

I am unsure if you need a Pro License for this so I suggest you work with Microsoft Support on this.
