Th polycom device  G7500 showing corrupt device message.

Device g7500  8G2446928BE0F2

 

I have tried several reboots, pushing the small button with a paper clip without success.

It is a new equipment.

 

How could I resolve?.

Is this a brand new unit directly from Poly or some other source?
