Credentials for Teams Admin Settings on TC10 Console

Anyone know what the default Username and Password is to access the Teams Admin settings on the TC10 console. I can access the x52 / TC10 device settings with the Poly default creds but these do not work for the Teams Admin settings. Also tried the MS account linked to the device and Admin / sfb etc but nothing seems to work. Any ideas? MS support are garbage as usual.

Welcome to the HP community.

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product you use.

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

We do remind users in the FAQ or the Read 1st section, explaining why this is important.

Using a TC8, which runs the same software as a TC10, I just tried this with our Partner Microsofts Teams application 1449/1.0.96.2024080804 and the username for the Admin Settings is admin, and the password either the last 6 digits of the serial in case sensitive or whatever it has been changed to.

We do mention this in the Video FAQ:

• Jun 03, 2023 Question: What are the factory default username and password of a Studio X, G7500, G62 system?
  
  Answer: 
  Default Username: admin
  Default Password: Last 6 digits of the device serial all in Upper case capitals
  
  EDIT: Since TCOS 6.0.0 a Poly TC8 or TC10 has a Web Interface. The Default password is the same as the above

I briefly checked this and the Password required for accessing the Admin Settings via Microsoft Teams on a TC8 or TC10 is the password used to access the Studio X, G7500, or G62

The TC8 or TC10 uses the Microsoft Teams app running on the Studio X, G7500, or G62 and provides access to settings for both the TC device or the actual MTRoA and therefore this password is being used.
