When our users connect to a Teams meeting on the Studio X30/X50 (using a Trio as its controller) the default view after connecting and sharing your screen is to share the screen contents full screen, the user then has to mess around on the phone to bring back the participant webcams by changing the view.

Is it possible to set the default view, so they don't have to manually set it each time?

Studio X30 firmware: 3.10.0-362035

Trio firmware: 7.2.0.12362

thanks!

There is no need to report this as abuse and one of the volunteers will release this in their own time.

If you require urgent support please contact Poly support and/or Microsoft support who provide the software/client used when using Microsoft Teams.

Best Regards
