I've just powered on our Group 500 polycom unit and can't get into the settings menu or the online management as it's asking for a password that I didn't create.
What are the default credentials to log into these?

I have the same problem. Brand new GROUP 500, installed, set up the IP address and when try to login with admin and serial number as password, the device says the credentials are incorrect.
Reset the device, same thing. Just can't configure anything, through website nor device itself. It's pretty incredible this doesn't work for a device of this kind.
Hope to get some serious solution to this !

plus, each time you reset the device via hardware button, then it restarts and updates, taking as long as 20 minutes !!!!
