Hi all  - for an X series system with dual screens, in Teams Mode using MS Whiteboard, do both screens need to be touch-enabled?

I’ve tried this on another MTRoA platform and the Teams UI with the meeting controls is on one screen, and the whiteboard appears on the other screen, so if you only have one touchscreen, you can either start the meeting or use the whiteboard, not both.

If this is the case, I expect it's a Microsoft issue.

Can the X50 work in this scenario, i.e. with only one touch-enabled screen?

Thoughts?

Hello @PaulHargrove ,

welcome back to the HP Poly community.

Only in PolyOS mode do we have a setup screen to define which of 2 screens would be the touch screen. In Microsoft Teams mode there is no such UI to define the touch screen to the OS and I would assume it would be Monitor 2.

I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Best Regards
