Same issue as this 3 year old article
However, I'm running Current Version: 4.4.1-426075 on the G7500 & Teams Current Version: 1449/1.0.96.2024110701
Prior to the latest teams update (20 Dec 2024) it was working flawlessly. Since then, when in Teams mode, the E70 camera does nothing. Just a black screen. Works fine when using another provider.
Spoke directly with HP/Poly support, but they could not offer any assistance, as "everything works elsewhere, so it has to be an issue with MS Teams".
Really need to get this sorted & make use of this near £5,000 piece of kit
Any advise?

Factory resetting everything resolved the issue.
I couldn't say if it would have been fixed with a specific device reset.

Hello @Joey158 ,
Welcome to the HP Poly community.
The linked article discusses the G7500 when it was not officially supported to be used with the E70 and Microsoft Teams.
Your issue seems different so you can simply factory reset the G7500 as this will reset the Microsoft Teams version and not update the Teams app and in parallel open a case with our support team so they can investigate and/or work with our Partner Microsoft on this too.
Best Regards

I have factory reset the TC10 & G7500, I have also removed the devices from InTune.
However, now my issue is, where I need to go to https://microsoft.com/devicelogin, I am not receiving a code on either device. Instead, I have the message "Couldn't connect to Workplace Join" and every few seconds I see Company Portal flash up 'connecting'. After some research about this error, I can confirm the User has no devices associated to it, so it's not a licence limit, or anything like that.
Any thoughts?

Hello @Joey158 ,
Welcome back to the HP Poly community.
Our Partner Microsoft hosts the Microsoft Teams solution you are trying to use. The most logical choice would be contacting them for this issue as they have full control over their platform. They can troubleshoot their Platform and help you with their restrictions on the platform and account.
Best Regards

Ok, so that issue has been resolved (network error).
I've managed to log in on both devices & everything is set up on Teams Current Version: 1449/1.0.96.2024020802 | 22 May 2024.
However, the camera is still not detected within Teams calls.
I check Teams Admin Settings & I can see under Room Camera "/Front/0".
No other options available. Content Camera displays "No supported Device available".
I have also tried with a Logitech PTZ Pro 2.
Annoyingly, the camera works in other Providers, such as the native Poly.

Have you tried factory resetting the E70. Also are you connecting via USB or data? I find data works better than USB. Also is the camera paired with the codec?
I had the same issue recently on three G7500s, and won't be bothering to update any of the G7500 units until the next Poly firmware release.

Hello there - I have seen sometimes the camera would show some sort of error message on the screen, I know resetting is last option, you could always factory reset the E70 camera itself by holding down the reset button using the pinhole vs factory resetting the G7500. I know this can be cumbersome at times, also it may be worth unplugging the USB if you can and then Pairing over the Network if possible under Device Management and using the camera over Network.
