How can I find out if my device is supported?
I tried to enter its serial number in order to register it under my account or find out information about the device, but I received a message that the serial number was not valid.
I tried to do this using the link - https://support.hp.com/contact/poly-serial-number
How can I get support for this device if it is still supported?

Hello @Ivan123123 ,
welcome to the HP Poly community.
To my knowledge, the Poly GroupSeries 500 is end of life but this should not stop you from entering a serial into our support portal. Since the move from Polycom/Poly to HP some serials may have not been added.
For end-of-life details please work with a local Poly reseller and/or I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region, if no other volunteers reply. Details are in my Signature.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier

This community forum is not an official HP Poly support resource, thus responses from HP Poly employees, partners, and customers alike are best-effort in attempts to share learned knowledge.
If you need immediate and/or official assistance for former Poly\Plantronics\Polycom please open a service ticket through your support channels
For HP products please check HP Support.
Please also ensure you always check the General VoIP , Video Endpoint , UC Platform (Microsoft) , PSTN
