PolyOS 4.4 and TCOS 6.4.0 added a new feature in combination with Poly Lens.

You must have a Poly Lens cloud account with a Poly + Enterprise or Poly + Trial license and an admin or device user role. The touch controller must also be on version 6.4.0 or higher. For further information, see the Poly TC10 6.4.0 Release Notes.

Per factory default, the Remote Access feature is enabled on a Poly TC device.

To disable the Feature swipe Left on a Poly TC device select Settings > Admin Settings > Poly Lens

and toggle Allow Remote Room Control to Off

To use Remote Room Control log into Poly Lens > Inventory > select the relevant TC device > select Remote Access

A connection will be established and the TC device in the room will show:

The above will enable someone in the Room to deny access during a meeting as an example.

Once a connection is established a blue halo around the active window will indicate the Remote Access
