Hi
We've noticed a slight issue across all of our Poly G40-T meeting rooms.
When sharing content from a laptop via HDMI on the GC8 the content on the screen appears fuzzy. We have noticed that changing the resolution to 1920 x 1080 does improve things, although not to the same extent of connecting the laptop directly to the screen,
I understand that flow of GC8 - Fibre USB - PC - Screen probably impacts the resolution a little when compared to connecting directly to the screen, and that Teams prefers a 1920 x 1080 resolution which would explain why changing to that resolution does improve things.
I wondered if anyone else has noticed that same thing with their Poly MTRoW devices and if this is expected behavior? Or if there are potential fixes that can be applied,
Thanks,
Rob

Hello @Rob445 ,
Welcome back to the HP Poly community.
The GC8 only supports 1080 and not 4K from personal experience. If you need an official confirmation, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
Best Regards
