G7500 E70 Kit

Good day.

Does anybody have an idea why CAMERA CONTROL is not available (not showing) on  GoogleMeet Interop of Zoom Room. We are using a G7500 E70 TC10 kit. We have two sets of this and one set have an available CAMERA CONTROL when using GMeet Interop, while the other one does not have one. Quite unusual provided they are the same firmware and setup.

Have anyone experienced this?

Welcome to the HP community.

 

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, or the version of the Partner application version you use. In your example Zoom rooms.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

 

This is stated in the FAQ or the Read 1st section, explaining why this is important.

the Zoom version is outdated.

 

  1. August 5, 2024 version 6.1.5 (5274)
  2. July 21, 2024 version 6.1.2 (5202)
  3. July 7, 2024 version 6.1.0 (5144)
  4. May 28, 2024 version 6.0.6 (4892)
  5. May 5, 2024 version 6.0.0 (4799)
  6. March 4, 2024 version 5.17.7 (5)

I suggest you compare the working system with the non-working system aka are these both G7500, and potentially update the Zoom Version.

 

Only Zoom Support can analyse the Zoom logs so the best people to support you is Zoom.

 

If this fails, and not other volunteer replies, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region, if no other volunteers reply. Details are in my Signature.

Our current  version of Zoom Room  is loaded directly to the G7500 after updating the G7500 to 4.3 OS Version.
We will try to update our Zoom Room version to the latest and check if there will be any changes.
We will provide feedback if this will help resolve the current issue.
