Poly G7500

Hi, I'm hitting an issue with some new meeting room installs, where users can see meetings on their TC8 attached to a G7500 or X50, but cannot see a Join button.

Older, previously installed Poly devices don't seem to have this problem, just seems to be newer installations.

We have a Bluejeans relay running which is configured for each Poly device in rooms. This has been set up for the impacted rooms. We are primarily a Teams meeting company, rooms are also in Exchange for calendaring.

 

I appreciate the above isn't much to go on, but has anyone else experienced this? Is driving my users mad, understandably.

Poly Device Version (G7500): 4.1.0.382263

TC8: 4.1.0-211200

 

Bluejeans Relay version: 2.38.0

Welcome to the HP community.

 

Unfortunately, Your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product or the Partner application you are using.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.

 

For Poly IP phones please provide if this is PVOS, UC Software, or ObiEdition. For current Video products please include the Provider used.
