G7500

I used this document to determine the camera options. https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_8912790-7902689-16.

I purchased the Logitech Rally Ultra HD PTZ USB camera and connected it to the USB port in the G7500. The camera does not show up in the web interface or Poly Lens.

The G7500 is in Teams mode and running firmware 4.3.2-422023.

In the video input section, it does not display the USB option.

I have restarted several times and tried different USB ports.

Hello @Freelancetech

actually please check Poly G7500 supported peripherals by provider as this lists the Providers and what cameras they support.

The table shows that in Microsoft Teams Mode the Logitech Rally Ultra HD PTZ USB camera is not supported by the Microsoft Teams Android Application.

Best Regards
