Hello @avs ,
Welcome back to the Poly Community.
Within this community, we are usually unable to discuss unreleased future planned software releases. As you are asking for something our partner Microsoft has not yet released I cannot comment on this.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hello @avs
at this present point, the G7500 has not officially archived certification from our Partner Microsoft and therefore is not supported to be used with Microsoft Teams even if the latest Software allows to select Microsoft Teams.
If you want an official release date please work with a Poly reseller and or Poly Sales as we cannot communicate this date within this community.
Once official certification is archived with future software the fact will be mentioned in the accompanying release notes.
Best Regards

We purchased 7 of these systems and are currently migrating from BlueJeans to MS Teams. Currently using this system in Device Mode but seems like the camera(Eagle Eye IV 12X) quality is poor when in Device Mode. Will this improve when Teams is supported and intergrated into the G7500 system?

Hello @SCO ,
Welcome to the Poly Community.
Both the communities Must Read First or Read 1st and if available the FAQ reference the basic minimum information a new or follow up post should contain.
This ensures the questions having to be asked are limited and any new or follow up post contains the right amount of details to ensure any voluntary participant within the community does not spend additional time chasing basic information.
Unfortunately, your post fell a bit short of the above-explained requirements and we kindly ask you, therefore, to ensure to read these sections and ensure a reply (not Edit!) provides as much detail as possible
Please ensure you familiarise yourself with the FAQs listed in my signature for your convenience.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards

As is the case with the person above, we have also procured several G7500 systems and are intending to purchase several more for offices in the US. The main reason for using the G7500 was to integrate easily with other devices (microphones), while still being a robust and reliable upgrade from the Group Series.
We were promised that the G7500 would be Teams certified ‘soon’ but were never given a date. Any update on this please?
thank you

Hello @ChrisBB1 ,
Welcome to the Poly Community.
Poly is waiting for our Partner Microsoft for this official certification from the point the initial announcement was made.
We, Poly, cannot put a timeline on this and only our Partner Microsoft can do so. Please work with Microsoft for an answer on this or contact Poly sales so you can be added to an NDA.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards

Looks like this is moving along now, with the G7500 finally having attained Teams Certification with v4 of the software. Only catch is that v4 is not in GA yet - only in beta. So not really Teams Certified from a customer perspective.
Can we maybe have some clarity about when exactly v4 will be in GA?
