I just installed a G7500 with TC10, E70, and E60. They system is running in Teams mode. The customer is happy, but had a few questions I could not answer.
1. How can we remove the QR code to allow users to add the room to their existing meeting?
2. How can we set the front camera to always be the default in a new meeting? In the settings Video section I have set it as the People camera, but a meeting always starts with the rear camera.
3. Will the G7500 auto update by default, or am I missing a setting?
4. How do I rename the cameras as they appear on the TC10? I have them named Front Cam and Rear Cam in the HTML settings page, but when I switch cameras on the TC10 the front is named "/EXTERNAL/4" and the rear is named "/FRONT/0".
Thanks

Hello @Pungbekang ,
Welcome to the HP community.
Unfortunately, your post does not contain the software version you currently use for the HP Poly product or the partner application version you use.
This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.
Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.
In the FAQ or the Read 1st section, we remind users why this is important.
In this specific case, I suggest working with Microsoft support as they create the Application you use with the restrictions you found. In this case(s), there is no action for HP Poly.
Best regards
Steffen Baier
