Hello, Everyone
We have infrastructure mainly with HDX7000 (many endpoints). Recently we started to migrate from HDX7000 to GS500. The problem which we are expericening now:
- New codecs GS500 6.1.2 (S4b licence is installed) are not able to register on Lync 2010. Registration failed.
The old codec (HDX7000) with the same credentials/IP/etc. is registered with the server whitout any issue
The same result under manual settings or Provisioning.
Previously we had Gs500 with version 5 (it was registered). after the update to version 6 it stopped.
(It has no S4b licence on it - I am not sure that it is indicative). Since that update - Registration failed
From the LOG file:
proxy_type_sip_proxy address: "Correct IP"
port: 5061 error_status: 16
model: "Unknown"
version: ""
auth_method: 0
protocol_type: ""
protocol_version: "0.0" }
Any idea what to check?
(Encryption is set to When Available). All credetials are correct.
